I would like to know what can be done with the people's cats who live at 245 Los Altos and run around the neighborhood. They have killed wild birds in our backyard that we feed, destroyed plants and create a general nuisance. I wrote these people a note letting them know about their cats had killed birds and dug up plants, but apparently they do not care. I was just outside and notice one of their cats had been in my planter and trampled my plants and pee'd all over them. I noticed the same cat sprayed the neighbors wheel on their vehicle marking territory.

I am attaching 4 photos but maybe only one shows. Numbers 1053 and 1054 were taken yesterday of my potted plants. Numbers 1056 and 1057 shows the damage the cat has done.
