I wish to make mention and thank Ward 1 Coun. Charlene Miller for bringing up her concerns with the lack of bylaws being enforced to clean up Prince Albert. While I am not residing in her ward, it's noticable all over the city that many yards are overgrown with weeds and garbage, lack of landscaping, and boarded up houses. Why are not all the Councillors finding this priority or important? Our city is the fine Gateway to the North and driving down 2nd Avenue is embarrassing.

On the weekend, we were shopping at Walmart and can't understand why there aren't staff members delegated to pick up the garbage daily? Too bad there are customers who think its just fine to toss out their packages in a parking stall. Where is their pride?
The streets in PA should definitely get cleaned more than once a year. You can't even tell our street was cleaned this Spring. Until a bylaw is actually enforced, sadly it won't improve.
Our tax increase hurts us all and yet this eye sore continues.

Its not out of Council jurisdiction to imply to the commission, and just because a person does not assist in the clean up, they never came near my area to do anything, we had needles in the back yard and this year right in front of the yard.
Also if you have three pins in your left hip, and plate in your ankle, I certianly hope that your mobility is better than mine.
