Thank you for using FayFixIt. A service request has been created to document your missed yard waste. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Refer to Service Request ID#: 57510. Please continue to leave your waste curbside and we will address this as soon as possible.As a friendly reminder, waste must be placed curbside prior to 7am and should be at least 4 feet away from all obstructions. All pieces must be between 3 and 5 feet long and no more than 6 inches in diameter. We also ask that the size of your pile is under 20 cubic yards, otherwise there may be a charge for collection. In addition, please ensure that any small, loose yard waste (such as leaves and pine straw) secured inside approved containers. Approved containers include the green or brown city of Fayetteville roll carts; personal cans with sturdy handles, and bags that are 32 gallons or under. If bags or personal containers are used, we ask that they weigh less than 50 pounds when full. We will collect up to 30 bags each week.
