Description

There has been water leaking from a large area of 12th Ave E and 6th St for 2 years. I have reported it to the city. It is getting worse. Water runs down the street by the curb and then freezes in the winter making it difficult to park and walk into my yard. Please help. I don't want another winter of my car siding. Thanks.
