Description

Intersection of Observatory Circle NW with Massachusetts Ave NW. Stop sign knocked down during snow removal. Need temporary stop sign ASAP. Previously reported and not resolved. Also, no left turn rush hour sign knocked down too. Both knocked down signs have left sharp metal sign posts sticking out of ground. Please investigate and replace ASAP.
