Description

There is a posted speed limit of 30 mph for Pear Orchard Drive. This road is extremely steep with a curve. It is not safe to drive as fast as 30 mph on it, especially coming down the hill. Most residents on this street know this and generally only travel about 20 mph. There are some exceptions and strangers to the street often do not perceive the danger of going more than 20 mph. The posted speed limit needs to be changed to 20 mph.
