Description

At corner of Springfield Commons and Falls of Neuse, there is a large
block of cement lying in the roadway.
Many cars have driven over it, as shown by tire marks. It makes
turning right onto Falls of Neuse
very dangerous. It serves no traffic control purpose and could cause
and accident. It should be removed immediately.
