Description
I'm writing to file a concern about the traffic lights throughout Midtown and downtown. None of them in any direction – whether running north and south or east and west - are properly timed or synchronized. When I leave a garage on Leeland Street I hit a red light at every intersection. Although the timing and/or synchronization seems to be better on some of the north south streets on the western side of downtown, they lose that proper timing or synchronicity once in Midtown. Traveling North from West Alabama on San Jacinto St. is a perfect example of how many red lights you get until you hit St. Joseph Street. It's very frustrating to drive across/through downtown and midtown because of the invariable and without fail stop-go nature of the drive. And although I said it was b/w 9 AM and 4 PM, it's really at all times of the day or night.
