Where Wertz SW dead-ends into 21st St. SW, there is a vacant field across the street. In the middle of the field is a grove of trees that is being used to teenagers. Neighbors are seeing the teenagers go in and out with shopping carts. They are not sure if there are stolen goods; however, they would like the Police Department to check things out.
