Signal crew responded and verified issue. Repairs completed and intersection back in normal operation.

Thanks for clearing up the graffiti on the transformer box. There still remains graffiti on the utility poles on each corner of the intersection. Would this be the same department, or can it be forwarded the appropriate branch to clear up?

if there is graffiti on the telephone poles, the best way to report would be to call United Illuminating. As far as I am aware, they do not have an account on SCF. Looking at their website, they do not seem to have a way to report graffiti related issues either.
