Description
Construction fence is too far out in set back and blocks view of street at stop sign. Also gate was left open and blocks sidewalk and view. This will get worse once new construction begins and vehicles are parked along street.

278 dispatched to the address to investigate a 311 complaint regarding construction without permits. On site visit, I notice new underground plumbing and concrete forms set up. 1st notice was posted to pay for the necessary plans and permits before doing any un-permitted work. Follow up scheduled.
