This is a bad first impression of SC! A company in Travelers Rest has adopted this stretch from Hwy 11 to the state line, but they won't be doing another clean-up for a while and they start at Hwy 11 and usually don't get as far as the state line. Please contact someone who can clean up the entrance to our state! Thank you.

A. Beginning beside a granite "Tom Anderson Highway" market, there is a broken orange cone, wood pallet, large dead limbs, old tire, lots of trash and litter.
