Description
This lady comes to the rehab every morning then walks her dog in front of the houses on our street to use the bathroom....several times.I have made her pick up after the dog but she continues to still let her dog use the bathroom on the sidewalks.....what can be done?

GREAT PICTURE. Call New Haven Animal Shelter 203-946-8110 and make a complaint. Since this person is a regular offender ask an officer to come by - show them the picture and give them the details. It Is against the law to not pick up after your animal and she can be fined.
I would probably go so far as to make a poster with her picture on it saying 'IF YOU SEE THIS PERSON LETTING HER DOG POOP AND NOT CLEANING IT UP CALL THE POLICE!!!!"
That would probably get her attention too!
