Sidewalk is heaved over an inch on the south side of legion about 30 feet east of Orchard in front of Hill High parking lot. I walk to the hospital daily from the Sherman Orchard lot.I fell January 12 before the snow while walking fast, catching my toe on it. I fractured my arm requiring surgery and hardware.

This is an unsafe area and would hate for anyone else to trip on it. Many have advised me to sue for my lost wages and medical expenses. But I have some responsibility to slow down and pay better attention.
