Description

I have many complaints against this property, even up to a month ago, but there has been no positive change. The Department of Codes have issued notices, but there has been no cleanup. If anything, the backyard looks worse; there is trash everywhere on the ground. It is not only an eyesore, it is unsanitary. It is disgusting -- just to think that people can live with such filth. Please resolve immediately.
