I have reported this twice to Duke Power since City of Raleigh says they can't help with this and Duke Power closes the case saying resolved,but the light is out within a couple of days later.

This issue has been closed. If the problem persists, please re-open this issue and give us more detailed information on how to identify the location of the problem - then we will get right on it. Thanks a lot for reporting!
