The answer is yes. They did not listen. Perhaps you could speak to them as well since this is the second time you have asked people complaining that Compass doesn't follow the rules to speak with Compass rather than ................. following the rules.

I too have spoken to them twice in person, three times in writing, and through Twitter. And now I will report them through 311 every time I see that they refuse to change their poor business practices. They want to be good business owners and neighbors, then they should start acting that way.

Also, Sean, rather than monitor for reported violations and advocating for CC through 311 apps, maybe you could encourage them to improve their business practices directly. Aka: also be a good neighbor.
