This is great! Thanks for posting the notice. Have you also used the QRCG email list?
I think SeeClickFix use should be reserved for specific public space issues that need to be resolved, so am closing this issue (people will still see it).

The meeting location will be at Pilgrim Church on 69 East Grand Ave. The church is just on the corner of Lenox & East Grand, across from the Fire Station. We'll be on the 1st floor in the large room that many of you in the community are familiar with from previous Mayor's Night Out type meetings. Be there at 6:30pm, this meeting will start on time. We'll be walking through the Block Watch process with Officer Hartmann and discussing safety concerns in the neighborhood. This meeting will not run longer than one hour.
thanks! Larry.

The QRC folks are welcome. Block Watch 9-39 does have specific boundaries, but the NHPD will be discussing general rules and best practices for block watches that apply to all neighborhoods in the area. And the QRC members are some of the best and most active citizens New Haven has and they are welcome at this meeting. Their experiences and successes & failures will inform and enhance any discussion on neighborhood safety.
