Description

Renter occupants will leave empty trash cans on curb continuously, throughout the week. They even PUT THEM BACK on the curb, empty, after neighbors did the right thing and moved the empty cans to their respective spot days after collection. They leave their cans on Morris street, off the back door of the house, which I assume is appropriate. Litter adorns the area where they keep their overflowing trash cans, and is distributed by the wind to neighboring properties.
