Description

The 'walk sign' crossing Hillsborough St is not activating properly. (side of Hillyer Church and Junior League) is not working properly. WHen the sign activates the audio is VERY LOUD and just says 'WALK SIGN ON' It doesn't indicate what street like the others do.
