Description

The timing of the traffic light cycles between Kenneth Road and North Hills Road on Route 30 is atrocious. I believe the timing changes too frequently (every 1/2 hour or so) and the queue does not have a chance to clear out from one cycle before the next cycle starts and creates probelms
