To add to my earlier request for speed bumps. I want to mention that the hit & run incidents have resulted in property damage to the gate in front of my home as well as 3 random vehicles. This street has lots of children playing & it is only a matter of time for a real tragedy to occur.

City of Oakland Public Works Agency addressed this issue on 08/14/2012, service request # 421162.

For the record, this issue was closed by the City of Oakland Public Works, but no action has been taken to address the issue of adding speed bumps on Crosby Avenue.

I am reopening my request because this is a safety issue for Oakland citizens.

Dear city of oakland We need speed bumps in 107th And by Est .the car go really fast and we have kids thats not safe for the childrens to come out and play or a safe area to live on .

I MOVED HERE IN OAKLAND 3YEARS AGO 2013. THE YEAR 2014 MY CAR GOT HIT BY A HIT AND RUN AND THAT VECHICLE WAS STOLEN ..I WAS SOO UPSET MY CAR WAS TOTALED...ON BANCROFT FROM 106-98TH TOO MANY CARS ARE DRVING TOO FAST ON THIS STREET YOU HAVE POLICE OFFICERS AND MOTORCYCLE,BUSES ,TRUCKS ALL KIND OF VEHICLES SPEEDING .I LIVED ACROSS FROM THE SCHOOL. SPEED BUMPS SHOULD ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED THERES NO LIGTS OFF FLASHING WHEN KIDS .PEDESTRIAN ARE CROSSING ON CROSS WALK ON BANCROFT.WHITE LINES ON ROAD SHOULD BE REPAINTING . 1 LANE ONLY..RESIDENTS CARS ARE GETTING SCRATCH AND HIT..CAUSE PEOPLE ARE DRIVING TOO FAST..DON'T WAIT UNTIL ITS TOO LATE..COME ON .LETS GET SOME SPEED BUMPS LIGHTS AND ESPECIALLY FLASHING LIGHTS ON CROSS WALKS..THANKS OAKLAND RESIDENT
