Traffic hazard - AT&T trucks are coning off right lane of Howe street northbound nearly every morning around 9am.

A. Causes a traffic hazard as the unavailable right lane pushes traffic left, with drivers in left lane often moving farther left onto southbound lane. And AT&T appears to be doing nothing other than using it for parking.

AT&T is still parking there every day. Reported on 1/26, but they were there blocking traffic around 9am at on Weds 1/27, Thurs 1/28, and Fri 1/29.
The case at http://311selfservice.houstontx.gov/ (#101002046505) is showing as Closed, but no action has been taken.
Note that request #101002046505 is showing with a different address than what I entered. It's showing an address on Brazos, when I reported this one block north on Howe. The offending vehicles are located on the block of Howe north of Pease and south of Andrews St.
The approximate, correct address is 1480 Howe.
