Livingston Ave between W. Bennett and Bellville Pike had one plow come by on Saturday at 3:30pm. The residents took care of this block with snow blowers and one man with a plow. Today Tuesday at 6:00am a plow/salter came by and knocked piles down into driveways. I had to shovel again so my wife can try to get the kids to school. Never in my 52 years in Kearny has the town looked this bad. 1996 Kearny had a 30 inch snow fall and this was one of many storms in the winter of 95-96. Roads remained open the whole time, A few streets became impassable but were quickly dealt with.Snow removal began immediately, the town along with contractors worked every night until snow was removed.
