I see this happening a lot. The mayor should mention in her storm messages that this is not allowed. Isn't there an ordinance against this? I saw someone shoveling there car out and throwing it onto a shoveled street (Eagle I think?). When I asked him not to, he replied, "what am I supposed to do with it?" I suggested the strip between sidewalk and street.
