Description
location : bridge over the Don River which is used as the ramp from the DVP to the Gardiner
issue : numerous logs, trees; and other debris and garbage is rapidly accumulating under the bridge
this dam has having the effect of undermining/undercutting the eastern bank near the DVP
site visible from the Don Trail
failure to clear this hazzard now could result in significant damage and flooding

An update/clarification
the main ` natural dam ` is being formed on the bridge pillar supports leading to the Richmond Street ramp exit. The secondary ` dam` is being formed on the Gardiner on ramp.
With the weekend rain the Don continues to carve its bank further to the east and is encroaching on the retaining wall of the DVP.
