Someone should be held responsible, this is beyond ridiculous

The City did a lousy job of removing snow from our streets!! They should have asked for help from the state like West Chester did. The snow banks are too high on the corners and the school buses got stuck rounding the corners on Olive St. near Scott. And the plow pushed the snow onto the sidewalks! The plows and trucks need to re-plow the streets of Coatesville!
