Owners at 2001 First Street NW (corner of U, a nuisance property for other reasons) and 72 Adams Street didn't shovel sidewalks, now ~22 hours after snow stopped -- making it difficult and/or dangerous to walk. I called Marvin Gary, owner of 72 Adams, (202) 667-3049, and he was dismissive, like he'd get to it when he'd get to it. I understand he may be older, but as an absentee landlord, he should take care of this issue by hiring someone or divest himself of a property he's incapable of managing.
