Why aren't landlords who dump people's possessions on the sidewalk held accountable for dumping?

Probably someone has to prove that the landlord did this, but landlords should know they can have a bulk pickup if it hasn't been done for a year I think. Regardless there is no excuse for this.

Someone should be held accountable for this. Such disgusting and selfish behavior.

Cameras, cameras, are the only way these dumpers will be caught. Don't think people want to get involved. Looks like this took awhile to dump so if someone saw who did this should have called opd and reported it as it was being dumped.

I saw the people who made the mess cleaning it up today. Apparently Public Works came by to ticket them, but saw they were cleaning it up. The two men who n dumped the mess were told to by landlord and they said they were " finally " told to clean it up.... this landlord must be fined!!!!!!!!.

Unacceptable, hold this landlord accountable. Its a must, no excuses.

Our volunteer group which is part of Keep Oakland Beautiful gets some of the landlords that have to do community service for there tenants illegal dumping. To bad we do not get the tenants.
