Description

For months I would smell something bad while walking past the surface lot, but just thought it was from the wind coming from the dumpster area. This week I noticed the smell was worse, and stronger from the storm sewer. Smell is either rotting garbage/washdown from the dumpster area or rotting animal carcass.
I just wanted to let ya'll know about this.
