Description
Parking on the Russell Street Hill between Warwick Street and Cabot Street is an issue. Cars park on both sides and at times are actually parked in the street.
Many times this situation results in our Neighborhood Residents not able to get home.....
If possible please consider patrolling and issuing tickets, and
installing no parking signs that state no parking at any time.

We have looked into this issue and have found there there is legal parking on the even side of the street. The odd side of the street is posted "No Parking". The department will patrol this area to ensure that vehicles are complying with the posted regulations.
