Description

Crossing guard at Bel Air Elementary located on Candelaria between San Mateo & Carlise abandons her post every morning before the bell rings, leaving children to fend for themselves and dart across the street without any assistance! She turns off the school zone lights at about 8:27 each morning and gets into her white mustang and leaves. The tardy bell rings at 8:35 so surely a crossing guard should be there at minimum until then. This is endangering the safety of our children!
