Description

Hello,

I work for American Indian Public Charter School. We have a permit to have our PE courses at Madison Square Park. There have been several incidents these past couple of weeks where the homeless have harassed and even physically hit one of our students. We have found countless needles laying around right where the kids play. There are 3 tents about 10 feet away from where the kids play. The patrons of those tents constantly smoke marijuana and drink alcohol right in front of the kids. They then proceed to harass the students as they go by. We are afraid that one day, someone might capture a student and put them in one of these tents. We are very worried and want something to be done about these 3 very large tents. Having the kids seeing people drinking and doing drugs right in front of them is not right.
