Disgraceful array of household trash dumped along this street.
Some of it, bags up against the chain link fence on one side near the intersection with Bond St. Various other bags on the other side of the street near Bancroft. Some bags discarded just west of International Blvd. on $2nd. Sitting right on the corner of Int'l. Blvd. and 42nd Ave. are some Waste Mgmt. bins, trash and a shopping cart. These are abandoned there.
