Were going to have to clean up the leave ourselves or there will be an even bigger mess with the snow forecast. I am very frustrated that I have to end up cleaning up the leaves in the street almost every year since they reduced the number of pickups. The issue has only gotten worse ever since.

How do "they" decide who is worthy enough of pickups and street cleaning?

There has been some unforeseeable circumstances that took place that has hindered the schedule even with the leaf collection crew working on the weekends. Because of preparation for snow removal and for snow removal leaf collection will resume after the impending inclement weather.
