Description

One sign is a simple no parking (a P in a circle with a bar across the P, and a small arrow pointing North) in front of 809 Dovercourt Road. The other sign, on the next pole directly North of the No Parking sign reads "No Parking Between 12:01AM to 7AM without a permit."
The second sign is the one I saw, so I parked there. When I returned to my car at 11PM, I saw I had a ticket on my car. I looked around and then saw the contradictory No Parking sign as mentioned.
One signs says No Parking, the other says Ok to park here as long as it's not between midnight and 7AM.
Go figure.
I've tried to contact the ministry of transportation, but no luck finding a department that looks into this kind of stuff. Please help! Thanks.
