also asked...
Q. What is your area of concern?
A. Timing - Traffic Signals.
Q. Why is this a concern?
A. I've sat here for five minutes because the train was taking a long time loading/unloading passengers. What makes no sense is the fact that I've seen the train stop at the red light after taking those five minutes. If it's able to stop at the light shouldn't the light be able to change green while the train is loading/unloading people? It really creates unnecessary traffic on Alabama. This also happens in parallel streets including Elgin and McGowen.
Q. Problem occurs at what time of day?
A. 6am-9am
Q. What direction were you traveling?
A. West
