Thank you for reporting. We actually had checked the light right after you reported it, and it appeared to be on. In the last couple days we have been receiving more reports about it being out.
I often drive past it, and didn't notice it was out during the three-month period mentioned in recent reports. However, today I decided to check it out on the City's camera recordings to see if it was time-correlated, as I had been checking it in person typically in the earlier evening. I called up the City's camera system today, and found that the light is indeed on in the early evening, but then goes out. Although we do not have much experience with solar lights (these are the only three in the city, and they are relatively recent in the last few years), this would appear to be symptomatic of a failing battery pack. We will be investigating the issue next week, and will let you know the result. Thanks for reporting, and our apologies that we weren't able to diagnose the situation earlier.
