took me like 5 minutes....knocked on the door, very clear they had some issues and weren't able to get to them.....bags picked up.....

That's nice of you to pick them up. I went by today and there was a man who lives there outside. I called to him (and ask him if/when he was going to pick them up) but he either did not hear or did not want to engage me. So because they were outside 2 weeks, I called it in. By the way, I have picked up over 500 small bags of garbage on Snowheights and Northeastern every other day over the past 10 years.
