Streetlight is mostly burned out, area is very dark, a couple were just mugged here , police are taking a report now. Light #21386

Because the light is not repaired.It may be a problem with the ballast ... it is on for a while, then goes out, then comes back on dimly. I juts went out to look at it a few minutes ago (it is after 10pm). The email said that the issue was "addressed" today, the 9th, but the light is still not on as it should be.
Also, there is a very large street tree in front of this light which blocks the light significantly.
