Thanks for reporting. I have referred this to the City’s Housing and Environmental Inspections Division. When they have responded I will update this issue.

Our inspector has initiated a public nuisance case with a deadline of August 20 and a zoning vehicle case with a deadline of September 10. The inspector will follow up in both these cases until the issue is cleared.
