This vehicle has been sitting in the rear parking lot of good hope church for almost 1.5 years. The passenger window has been kicked out and there is garbage throughout the vehicle. People within the neighbor hood who use the services at methadone clinics have gone inside this truck to urinate, and also use drugs! It's a nuisance to the neighborhood and needs to be removed.
