Description

PECO Primary High Voltage Feed Line is draped across our street at 1300 Block of South Garnet Street and is literally laying and ran across the roof of the row homes. The power lines are laying on the roof of the homes. It has been this way for over 5 years and PECO has yet to resolve the issue or install a proper feed wire for our block
