This power box is constantly being tagged. The city needs a long-term solution for this problem. Rather than relying on residents to constantly spend their time reporting these violations and then having the city send out painters to come and paint over it (then repeat) the city needs to be proactive and find ways to PREVENT this from happening in the first place. This is poor use of our time and resources. :(
