Description

Again parking here on No Standing block of Court Street, which is one-way and one lane and too narrow for a fire truck to get through if cars are parked. Sure it's raining and miserable outside and wouldn't it be nice if we all got to park so close to where we live?
Police, this car has repeatedly flaunted the law. Please issue warning or ticket to black car.
