9:09 pm - cold night of 1/18/16 - the light does NOT trip for Yale Avenue traffic heading from Chapel. Please fix it again and again and again or try stop signs.

Stop by tonight if you can to watch the people being FORCED to run the red light. Why can't this be fixed? I'll pay for it!!

9:20pm January 27, 2015. Signal continues to malfunction. Northbound traffic on Yale is forced to wait for opposing traffic to arrive at intersection in order for system to provide green signal. No traffic engineers I've consulted consider this traffic management system to be operating as intended. What's taking so long to solve this? Should someone be forced to run the red light and become involved in an accident there's years worth of documented case numbers specific to this intersection to demonstrate the city failed to solve a known problem.

The traffic signal seems to be working consistently and reliably. Thank you!
