Parking in no parking zone and blocking traffic. This is a constant practice of the auto repair business that uses the roadway (blocking traffic) as a storage/repair area because they have too much junk in their property. Very dangerous for cars and pedestrians to pass. Sidewalk used also for parking! Do something before an accident happens!!!!
