All the lights under the tunnel at the 3rd. ave, train station are either burned out or turned off. It is extremely dark there. And I have not seen anyone picking up trash around there since the 100 year city celebration. Hope this is not a sample of how they are going to maintain the new train station if and when it is completed. Right now I would certainly not let my wife or daughter take the train somewhere and get off after 5pm at the Coatesville stop as dark as it is and I'm sure others feel that way too.
