Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have entered the address into our database and will send a crew to check it out as soon as possible. In the future, for faster response, you may report snow/ice covered sidewalks directly to the Public Service Department at 517-483-4455. This will insure that the issue is immediately entered into our snow complaint system to have an inspector dispatched. Have a great day!
