The entire property is covered in junk, tarps and garbage bags. There is a terrible odor coming from the home and property and we have seen rats on the property and they are coming onto the surrounding properties. The house is in bad shape and you can see junk piled high through the windows at the back of the house. This property has been a problem for more than 10 years and many complaints have been made, but still as of today The health department and city of Milford has done nothing to clean up this dump. The health departhment needs to finally resolve this serious matter and have this property cleaned up asap. We have been filed complaints with the health department and Mayor Ben Blake's office. Per the health inspector the septic system is the original system and it has never been uodated and is most likely a non working system and athe kitchen sink is illegally oiped out the back of the house, but they still have done nothing regarding these serious matters.
